Your character
My town
One window for your town: who rules it, your citizenship, its warehouse, its work, the trades and crafts, your dues and property, and its court.
Open it by talking to the town clerk at a town hall, from F2 > My town, from the action wheel's My town slice, or with /mytown (also /town; /orders opens its Work tab). It shows the town you stand in, else the town you are a citizen of, else the nearest town; a button in its header switches to your own town or to the one you stand in.
| Tab | What it holds |
|---|---|
| The town | Who rules it: its lordship and Lord, the faction that holds it, its head and the officers of its court, its citizens and the court's message. Your citizenship there: your rank, the standing the next rank needs, your week, your upkeep discount, and leaving the register (a second click). Not a citizen? What it gives, joining this town (sealed before its clerk; from afar the way is shown), the other towns you can join, and how the land is ruled. Its warehouse: the stock of each kind, what it lacks and what it pays for it. The boon still running, its charter (Adventure), the banditry around (click one to mark it) and the last lines of its register. |
| Work | One board, four blocks: the daily work orders, the town commissions (the board, your commissions, what is ready to hand over, your surplus), the trade packs the town wants (its warehouse's stock and the nearest convoy master, with the way) and the contracts. What I can do keeps only what your trades and crafts can take. Each block's buttons open its own window. |
| Trades & crafts | Every trade and craft as a card: its page tells how the work goes, your level and perks, its gear, and lets you sign on or quit. Your duties (the courier's parcel, the watch's round, the coach service) and the masterpiece are here too. |
| My dues & property | Your upkeep (paid at the clerk you stand before), the factions, the houses for sale and the homes. |
| The court | Only for those with a part in a court: how many requests wait, your part in it, and the court's window. See The town court. |
